Real Estate Marketing Strategies – 5 Steps to Becoming a Success Magnet

I want a formula that will help you to manifest the success you desire and deserve to share. The five-step formula is to have from my immediate experience have been a psychologist for 20 years and a business coach for real estate for 14 years.

Step 1 – be clear about what you do not want

This step could surprise you. You probably would not want you to start by “making clear what you do not want. When you realize what you do not want, or you are against a spring board to decide what you want to jump.

It is so simple, the list of what you do not want to find themselves all those things you have complained. They must come from the head and on paper we have?

Start with the graph T. Take a sheet of paper and about half an inch from the top draw a horizontal line. Then, in the middle of the page draw a vertical line. You now have two columns. Writing for the title of the left column, “I do not want to.” If you think about the things you do not start, just write down in the left column. If you are like most of my customers, you should look your list like this:

I do not want:

- Puff, difficult customers

- Transactions in the autumn

- Profit and inconsistent

- Long working hours

- Having to Generate Leads

- Be not received on the phone

- Negativity, etc.

As you write your list, it was a cathartic experience for this “not ready” to your mind and on the page.

The problem with this “not willing” to circulate around your mind day after day, they build a negative whirlwind and before you know it at the end was nothing but negative thoughts. You can not help, but the project negativity that makes your interactions with your customers and creates a negative cycle.

Step 2 – Pay attention to what you want

If you consciously or unconsciously, by focusing on the lack of something as customers or income, the advice of your thinking and you say, “Stop!” Take a deep breath and ask yourself a better question: “So what I want?” Then your mind to think about all the things you intend to manifest in a downward spiral, and instead you will go into a spiral upwards.

Well, your list of “not ready” have, it is very easy to make your list of “not ready”. In the left column, write down everything that you want. Keep it does not return to go really. If you’re like most of my clients your list will look something like this:

I want to:

- Highly motivated, decisive, eligible customers

- Transactions that flow easily and effortlessly

- My ideal client

- To fill the amount of monthly income (X in the blank)

- To have fun and discuss reasonable working hours (please!)

Write what you really want, personal or professional. This is not just a wish list, but it is a reference to the world about your intentions. So, what are your intentions? “Do you want a business you can take to the next level? Qu” Is that really motivates you? Do you want to save for retirement early? Would your children to college? You live in your dream home? Would you like to take a vacation every year? If where you want in your list immediately.

Step 3 – View Site

This step is so important and so the number of times we do not have time to see and feel our desires.

Have you ever had a moment to visualize with the lemon? Do it now. Imagine that you have to go in the fridge, choose a juicy lemon, adding half on a cutting board, half sitting on a cutting board to your mouth with the tongue licking and sucking, then the juice. Is it the juice of a lemon taste in the mouth. What do you notice?

If you’re like most people, you begin to feel forgiven your mouth. Is not that interesting? There is no real lemon, lemon in your mind. But if you do not, present accurate display and lemon to be real, your body will react as if it is real.

The truth is that the body does not know the difference between what is real and what is imagined. The thoughts and feelings, your subconscious will take place in the body are experienced as real.

Step 4 – Clear your mind of self-limiting beliefs

Remember, this is only a belief not a fact, but if you think it is true for you. Then you have an inner conflict that you are not aware of. It’s like a foot on the accelerator and one foot on the brake. Wondering why you do not go forward. Many people have conflicts on a subconscious level of success.

Normally, a fundamental belief that conflict creates, faith, “to be successful, we need long hours of hard to work struggle and sacrifice.” Almost picked up each of my customers that the faith is growing. If you look back at your own packaging, you’ll probably find that your parents or so is the behavior modeled.

In other words, they did not know the concept of “working smarter” They did what they knew how to do that work harder. You’ve seen it, and this belief was a program in your subconscious.

Just as files on your computer, do not change when you change your subconscious beliefs do not change when you change them. In this example, your new faith “Success requires that I work smarter not harder.”

Step 5 – Take Action Based

Now you are ready to implement it in practice. Take action that comes from your heart to take action that inspires you to take action that comes from your intuition. Not just go through the motions, really into your heart and believe what you are doing.

I worked with a client the other day that a lot of resistance felt on exploration. Even if they wanted to build a business, she held the boredom of routine, and had no motivation.

I managed to help in the process, she of what she needed to create the spark back into its lead generation activities. It turns out that it requires three things:

1st Flexibility: they wanted to start their exploration at different times of the morning, instead of a package I need to explore at 8:30 AM “

2nd Variety: it would not be against the same people day after day appeal. She wanted things mixed up, so they use their influence area for some time, talks would end some of the time, some FSBO at the time and so on. We worked with these different categories until they can feel some excitement about calling these people.

As it becomes clear what they needed to take action, inspired, resistance is gone.

By defining what you do and do not really visualize your success, re-scheduling of beliefs that no longer serve, and take inspired action to achieve your goals, you can also become a magnet for success.
